Morning coffee with our Spirit Guides is a good way to think of these conversations in order for them flow in an easy motion. Lisa and I could be sitting around the kitchen table, or sitting out in the back yard, or gathered in front of a fireplace, relaxed and informal. Joining us at the table from the higher realms are Jasper, Aaron and Jim and all others involved in these conversations. We are sipping coffee, passing time as we are chatting amongst ourselves about life on earth and life in the higher dimensions.
CONVERSATION #18
Lisa: I see Aaron with his top hat; Jim comes in and sits down on his stool; he likes his stool so he can cross his legs. And I see Audray sitting in an armchair, she is wearing her blue-flowered robe and she has her knitting things. Jim is laughing and typing on an invisible keyboard. Aaron is swinging his top hat.
Aaron: Since it took Lisa so long to get this together we are going to have a fireside discussion on life and the meaning of symbols.
Jim: Everything that could be done to block the darkness is being done in our world, in your world and in the universal worlds. Be a part of the whole but don’t get bogged down in life.
You, Melinda, and you, plural for your world, have to do your part as well. One of the most important things is to stay focused at the heart level. Keep the energy at the highest level that you can. It is a crucial time of the shift.
I know I have said this before, but please be patient and don’t ever waiver from what you know to be the truth. I can’t stress the importance of focused attention of the Light and on the Light. The heart connection is the most powerful connection there is. Soul to soul will see that nothing else really matters.
So the most important thing to remember is to stay positive and focused and look to the Light, always, for the answer.
CONVERSATION #34
Lisa: Jim, for a change, I have a question. There is so much information floating around about the Light Shift and the blessings to humanity that it will bring in, but there is also a lot of opposition to this great shift happening. Would you clarify what is the truth behind it all?
Jim: Well, that’s as good a place as any to start today. Everything that we know to be true is true. Everything we think is true is not true. So it goes to what you believe as to how much truth is revealed to you.
The opposition is very strong. In case you guys didn’t know, this has been going on for thousands and thousands of years and that’s why all of these high dates and times of focused change, the Light Shift, are ready to take place. It is all part of the grander scheme of things.
And in continuing to answer your question, Lisa, I will now bring in a question/answer to Melinda when I so briskly said no when asked the question that last time about the 777, because they really do go together. We are truly closer than ever to creating one world so that those on earth and those out of body truly understand the Oneness. The body doesn’t really matter because we can now understand consciously how energy and information are transferred.
So what is happening is as the starships come in and the pure energy of our side meets with the physical energy of your side, amazing things can happen. One of the things is that those people that follow the opposition, not necessarily the ones in power but the ones who blindly follow just because someone tells them something, are there to learn and to grow. We are all trying to show them that there is another choice and if they don’t learn the lesson then they really will have to continue to grow, but probably not with those who get it.
And so as we create this place of Light and love, those who are ready will easily, gracefully and consciously move into their rightful place. The others will find their place as well, and eventually they will begin to be accountable for their actions and feelings, regardless of how old or how long ago these situations have been.
So it is a good idea to truly begin to understand who you are so you know where you are going. An open heart and an open mind are the basis of what is needed to be able to play in the big leagues.
The most important thing to remember is that every moment is an opportunity for healing. There, I hope that helps a little.
CONVERSATION #40
Germain: I am Germain.
Lisa: When I look at him I see the faces of more than just Germain. He is showing me that he is the spokesman and is calling for the magic energy because I can see Merlin and what Merlin looked like during the time he was here. There are a couple of other shadowy figures but they are not separate, like when you are looking at a movie screen. There are layers and layers that are all One of the same Being with different faces; they are soul groups.
Germain: Thank you for coming to speak with us today. We are honored that you have chosen to hear our messages and to be our vehicle of expression. We have come to talk about the magic. The magic that you see in your world is different than the energy that creates the magic. You’ve taken what is pure and turned it into something that you can believe in.
Magic is a normal and natural way of things. Because you live in the physical realm you see things in a limited way. You see magic, miracles and energy as something supernatural or out of your realm of possibility. That is not the case at all. Well, we are here to tell you that you have everything you need to create the miracles.
Yes, we are definitely with you, and once you understand the power that you possess we can then help magnify your power and help you to raise your vibration. Our mission is to watch over you and help you to remember the truth. We are grateful that you will allow us to help you accomplish this.

Lisa: So now we have the opening scene. Remember the story of the Littlest Soul? That’s where it starts; there is the Littlest Soul and Creator God having a dialogue.
ACT ONE
Creator Source of All That Is: We are all perfect and we are all One with Universal Energy and then we are individualized into human form. The message of that being is that we bring down into this earthly body a blueprint, a destiny and a karma. What we do with this is where our free will and choice come in. We decide how our play plays out. We all have a support team, a director, a producer and technical advisors to help us on our path. Each scene creates another aspect of our destiny.
So we start out in our Light bodies, we make a conscious choice to inhabit a human body for a specified amount of time to create and fulfill our destinies, and then we transcend to our next dimension. The interesting thing is that right now the universe has added another act to our play that we call life. This act is about fulfillment and recognizing our role as actors in the play and working as a team to fulfill this destiny.
So ACT ONE is the opening up to new ways and values. In a lot of cases, this way of looking at things shows us different ways to follow the same path and we get to choose which way to go. Now that we are ready to move forward, we become aware of our Light bodies once again. This sometimes can be very confusing but it helps to strengthen our energies. The next step is to understand the true meaning of the knowledge and after that is to put it into practice.
So we have our play, our support people, and the manuscript. Now we get to decide how to proceed. So we take in all of the knowledge and information from the experts around us, and we attract or repel those beings necessary for the fulfillment of our destinies. Everything we say or do from this point on will be used to either create new life or to fulfill one’s destiny. The good news about this play of life is that at any time we can re-write the manuscript. What happens is we can have extra help anytime we ask for it, or regular help that is always with us. It really is very simple when you look at it in these terms.
CONVERSATION #50
Melinda: As always, we would like to know how the ascension process is coming along. We know free will is given to the dark side as well, but how close are we? Are we going to see it?
Lisa: Jim is laughing and shaking his head.
Jim: We are working really hard to clear the path and we have needed this time to set the energy in place. Because even when we get the dark side neutralized, the people that are not in the know are still living in fear. This is our biggest challenge, being able to help those people understand how positive the Light Shift is. Be patient and continue to be open to receive.
The ascension and Light Shift will create a redistribution of power. And power should be renamed energy force. If you think about it there are very few in the earthly state who can achieve instant manifestation of all their needs. So there is a time-lapse to prepare for the final leap to the 5th dimension where everything is instant manifestation.
That is, the essence of the 5th dimension is already moving into the earth plane and will mix in with the lower energies. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen. You just have to keep the faith because basically everything in the world has to change.

Lisa: I see Brother Phil, he is wearing his hat and he has the biggest grin I have ever seen. If he smiles any bigger his face will break. His eyes are very clear. He is surrounded by a lot of green stuff and flowers and plants and stuff like he likes; he is showing me his cactus.
Brother Phil: Life is good; really good. Thank you for remembering me and thank you for loving me. I’m good and all is good. You know, Melinda, it is good that we’re who we are because we really have the best of both worlds. And I’m really glad that we can communicate and still be a part of each other’s lives. Thank you for all that you gave to me. It is so good to be able to really tell you how I feel.
We continue with life, the form just changes, and we really are the lucky ones to understand that. Then we can continue up the spiral; because we are all on this journey and even though we are in different places, eventually we all end up together again.
Lisa: He is showing us around his garden, his place where he takes care of the plants and flowers and greenhouse.
Brother Phil: I try to compete with what I have created by myself. This is my place of peace and I am protected by nature; it is all simple. It is all in one place where I am safe and comfortable, this is really important to me to have this. And now, after all this time, I have managed to do this and I just want you to know that I have this place.
Melinda: I am happy, happy for you, Brother Phil.
Lisa: Little Kid cat is with him, I can see her as clear as day.
Brother Phil: I am sorry that Little Kid left you, but I’m glad that it is my turn now. The lesson is that it is like shapeshifting, I just morphed from one shape to another. There is no difference from one shape to another, from this world to that; with a body, without a body, no different. It is the bottom of it all that is the essence of who we are, and so it is all really part of the circle of life. There is nothing to worry about; all we can do is just to be.
CONVERSATION #93
Melinda: Going over all our sessions from the early 2000s and reviewing the progression of the Light Shift and the raising of the energy vibrations and getting more of the darker energies to remember the Light, can you give us an update, please?
Jim: There is not a definitive answer to that question. However, the bottom line is that everything comes in right time. The lower energies were stronger than was realized, for lack of a better word. That means that so many of the earth beings were holding, and are still holding, on to the old ways of thinking and doing. Because of this, the energy has not been optimized to allow the flow to be constant.
There are some twists and turns that are stopping the flow of life’s energies. And so, with each level of consciousness that is raised into the 5th dimension, the separation is more prevalent.
So be patient, everything is unfolding the way it needs to. With change comes the ability to see, think and feel things differently. Those who are not in alignment with the Light will have more difficulties, for lack of a better word.
Melinda: Thank you, thank you. So that brings to mind something I was familiar with back in those early 2000s, that this was the 3rd experiment for attempting to get the earth’s vibrations high enough to ascend. Is this true?
Jim: Yes, Atlantis sinking was one, and there was one before that. Each time we got closer, and that is where the separation is coming from. The greed, the shadow emotions, the complacency that can’t come into the Light would have to be dissipated and moved into a more positive vibration. This is the closest that the earth has ever come, along with the help from us, to have this process be completed.
We are helping everyone in your world to understand how we are all One, to understand the Oneness.
Melinda: Okay, thank you. Next question, way back you had talked a very little bit about 777 but had said that we were not knowledgeable enough to be able to understand then. So I am wondering if we have learned enough over the years that you could tell us more.
Jim: 777 is commonly referred to in your world as the God number. At the most basic level, it represents perfection. This perfection makes up the spark that you are born with when you enter into your earthly bodies.
The I AM Presence supersedes everything, it is All There Is. It is the energy that creates everything. With all the issues of having a finite mind, it is almost impossible to grasp the concept of total Oneness where there is no separation. The I AM Presence is an energy force that connects everything.
Melinda: So the I AM Presence is how we are all connected, how we are all part of the One. This is the spark that we are born with and stays with us even when we leave this earth and move on to the next dimension, regardless of where or what that dimension or level or vibration happens to be.
Jim: Yes, absolutely. Not only are you connected to all of us up here in my world you are also connected to everyone in your world, as well as to all beings who have life.
Melinda: Could I just please ask about “the face of God” that pops up here and there in writings? If you are all a part of the One then you are a part of God, so do you see an actual face?
Lisa: You are giving him a headache and he doesn’t even have a head.
Jim: Everything is part of the Supreme Being. When you are sent down with your little spark of Light you are still part of the One; when you come back you reunite with the whole.
Melinda: And you have all said that to us so many times now, we separated to come down here to do our thing and when we are done we will go back and will truly understand the Oneness of it all.
Jim: Yes, yes, yes. We can talk about this all day but I know that you have other things you want to ask about so before you are out of time, remember no time in my world, let’s get to the next subject.
