Morning coffee with our Spirit Guides is a good way to think of these conversations in order for them flow in an easy motion. Lisa and I could be sitting around the kitchen table, or sitting out in the backyard, or gathered in front of a fireplace, relaxed and informal. Joining us at the table from the higher realms are Jasper, Aaron and Jim and many others who pop in to offer guidance and wisdom. We are sipping coffee, passing time as we are chatting amongst ourselves about our daily life here on earth. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we cry, and at all times we share love. We also talk about what life is like for our angels and other Light beings in their lives in the higher dimensions.

These conversations are filled with love, wisdom, support, and encouragement for all earth beings. They focus on the qualities of love, patience, faith, trust, and the understanding that we are all connected.

The group of Angels and higher Light Beings highlight the importance of always looking towards the Light in all situations. They emphasize how important it is to focus our energies in the truth of Divine Order and Perfect Timing regardless of the events. Most importantly, our friends in the upper realms want us to understand the importance of Love in all events, no matter what.

For those just starting their spiritual awakening we are defining the most often used terms in the conversations. There are numerous and varied definitions of these terms; however, we are describing them only as they apply to the conversations. This will provide our human hearts and minds a basic understanding of what the lessons from the celestial realms cover. Some will become aware of a tingling of recognition as their hearts and spirits remember lessons learned in the past.

ASCENSION ~ THE GREAT LIGHT SHIFT

There are two main meanings of ascension in the conversations. The first is the ascension of the earthly human being and the second is the ascension of the earth as a living energy. For the earthly human being, ascension is referring to the emotional,mental and spiritual ascension rather than the physical act of the ascension of the soul at the time of earthly death. This emotional, mental and spiritual ascension refers to the releasing of negative feelings, thoughts, deeds and actions as we release the heaviness and embrace the Lightness.

The group speaks of the ascension of the earth as well; this is because the earth is an energetic living being of the cosmos. The earth’s ascension is able to occur as the people of the earth embrace the higher energetic feelings of peace, harmony and love which are the blessings of ascension. As the lower vibrations are released from each individual, the resulting higher vibrations are then absorbed by the air, the oceans and all living things on and in the earth and the earth herself. As more and more earthly beings take steps in their ascension, the earth is then able to lighten up and continue to move forward with her ascension.

The great Light Shift is the ascension. At the highest imagination possible, this is an event that will occur when all people of earth have raised their vibrations to a level of love for all living beings on earth. Upon this happening, the earth will simultaneously raise her vibration to a level where she will be able to take up her rightful place in the universe; this is the great Light Shift, a shifting of all into the Light.

ENERGY ~ DIMENSIONS ~ VIBRATIONS

ENERGY

Energy, vibrations, dimensions and ascension are all tightly woven together.As a part of the ONE, our I AM Presence is the spark of the Creator that gives us our energetic being, our life force. We use this Divine energy daily through our thoughts, feelings, and actions to raise our vibrations up to the higher vibrations of love, peace, happiness, joy, etc. With constant watching of our energies we raise our vibrations and as we do so, we ascend up into a higher dimension.

DIMENSIONS

Dimensions are like gravity in that they cannot readily be seen by the conscious mind of the earth’s people. The psychics and mediums and other spiritually advanced humans are reaching into higher dimensions; “crossing the veil” is another way of expressing this.

 Looking at a stairway, the third rung can be called the 3 rd dimension, and each step up is the next higher dimension. The earth beings of our world are 3rd dimensional with the five senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell. Moving up the dimensional ladder is a result of raising your vibrations. In this higher dimension we are able to access the ‘clairs’ of intuition. These clairs include clairaudience (hearing), clairvoyance (seeing), clairsentience (feeling) and claircognizance (knowing) as well as additional clairs of touch, taste and smell.

The earth herself is in the physical reality of the 3 rd dimension, as are the stars and planets in our solar system. However, there is the spiritual aspect of each of these stars, planets, etc. that already exist in the higher dimensions.

When any person’s heart vibration is raised high enough, they are then able to access the next higher dimension. This act of rising up into the next dimension is emotional, mental and spiritual, not physical. As each individual rises higher, the earth is able to rise.

VIBRATIONS

Vibrations are the energy of feelings and emotions. Everything in our world vibrates. All living, breathing life forms, including all plants and animals and creatures and critters living on, in and above the earth vibrate; even the waters of our world have an energetic vibration. Earthlings of our world can feel vibrations while not realizing what it is they are feeling. The vibrations in the stillness of peace, the buzzing of happiness and joy and the feelings of love are effects of vibrations that can be felt. The people of our earth can also feel the lower vibrations of hate, Jealousy, envy, greed and other negative emotions.

The group speaks often of raising our vibrations. The act of raising our vibrations is a minute-by-minute choice in each and every day to pay attention to every thought, deed, action and feeling. It is making the heart choice to release the lower emotions of fear, hate, anger, jealousy, etc. and embrace the higher emotions of happiness, joy, peace and love by looking for the highest and best in all situations, and then acting accordingly.

DOWNLOADS

Spiritual downloads are a common occurrence, it is just that most of these events are not recognized for what they are. They consist of guidance of what to do or say, both in the now moment or in the next little while; these thoughts just seem to materialize into the mind. Downloads originate from the celestial realms from our loved ones who have crossed, our Guardian Angels or any other High Vibrational Being who is helping us along the way in our spiritual journey.

Spiritual downloads are similar to computer downloads but not nearly as complicated or technical. One example of a spiritual download is when someone is facing a challenging situation and is not sure how to proceed. They choose to ‘sleep on it’ and upon awakening in the morning, the person knows what to do; they have received guidance from the higher dimensions through a spiritual download.

Spiritual downloads also occur in the conscious state. An example of this is when someone is trying to fix something, say an appliance, and can’t figure out what is wrong. Sometimes a ‘light bulb’ will turn on and the solution will be presented, or perhaps they will take a break to get a new perspective and the answer will come to them. Another example would be when someone is consciously pausing their thoughts to find the most appropriate words or actions in a situation and then are able to continue; their solution has been provided through a spiritual download.

FORM, IN or OUT

When one is ‘in form’ it simply means they are living life in a physical body. Our physical body, our form, is a container for our soul and spirit to reside in while we are here on earth. Out of form refers to those higher dimensional beings who are not attached to a physical body.

The ultimate goal for the ascension of the earthling is to be aware of the Divine energy flowing from source through the physical body the same way it moves through the beings in the celestial realms.

GALACTICS and COSMIC UNIVERSAL

GALACTICS

Galactics are beings that exist in the cosmic universal worlds of the higher dimensions outside of our earth. Many of the conversations refer to the Galactics, the galactic forces and the starships. With the exception of the Blue Group Star People, none of the Galactics are identified in our conversations although some familiar names would be the Arcturians, the Sirians, the Pleiadians and the Andromedans. All of these Galactic beings are working with each other and with the earth beings to bring balance back to the galaxy as balance is necessary for a continued ascension movement for all.

COSMIC UNIVERSAL

Cosmic Universal is the world outside of our earth. This world encompasses all the stars, planets and galaxies that make up the known and unknown number of spheres of life in existence. The cosmic universal worlds are independent from each other while at the same time each is a part of the whole of all existence. Each has its own level of vibration as a star, planet, galaxy, etc. The beings (the Galactics) that exist in these outer worlds each have their specific areas of expertise. Many of the teachings in these conversations are about the cosmic and universal energies and their working relationship with the earth and the earth inhabitants.

HIGH DIMENSIONAL BEINGS and LIGHT BEINGS

These are beings whose energies are above the 3rd dimensional vibrations of our earth. Our loved ones who have crossed over are now Light beings as they are now living in the next higher dimension. Other High Vibrational Beings are Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and so forth.

WE ARE ALL ONE

As unique, special and different as all earth humans are, we are all sons and daughters of the Creator. That spark of life that we are born with, our I AM Presence, makes us all One. If we look at all people as a separate drop of water and put that drop into the ocean, then there no longer exists any separation; all drops have become one big ocean. In the concept of we are all One there is no distinguishing any single life. We are all ONE with all life on this earth as well as with all living beings in all higher dimensions.

Many of the conversations speak of the ONE, the Whole. It matters not that humans have a physical body and Light beings do not, we are One with each other and One with them.
