A MAGICAL HOLIDAY SEASON

Now is the holiday time of year when everyone is thinking of what to give to whom. I would like to share some gifts of the emotional and spiritual box. For many years, I shared wishes for all to have the true riches in life; these are Peace, True Love, Friendship, and Good Health.

In conversation #91, the years 2020 (and also chapter 12 in Messages), our Spirit group brought gifts to Lisa and me. These offerings were powerful and timeless. I share them here with you.

1. The gift of Life. The earth nourishes and grows the most magnificent things. And I give you the ability to grow in your life.

2. The gift of Love. To remind you that love is the answer. Love, above everything; it doesn’t matter about anything but love, and love is what will see you through.

3. The gift of Peace. To remember that the gift of peace is what heals. When you are in the silence and you find that place of peace, everything is possible.

4. The gift of Foundation. The foundation that you are putting in now will move you forward to the next step, the next phase, the next area in your life.

5. The gift of laughter. To always find the good in things. And to be able to laugh at yourself is the greatest gift you can have.

6. The gift of Joy. No matter what happens, find the joy and it will bring you back to center.

7. The gift of Forgiveness. With forgiveness comes peace.

8. The gift of Gratitude. We are thankful to share our energy with you, thankful to love you.

There is also something that has stayed in my heart regarding gifting that I would like to share.

This was a gift many, many years ago from my aunt. It is a little box, 2”x2”x2”; it has shiny silver wrapping with a gold colored cord. On the bottom of the box, slipped inside the gold cord and the wrapping, I found a note. I share this note from an unknown author.

I bet you think this box is empty. It is not. It’s full of love. It’s a very small box because there isn’t one large enough to hold all the Love I have to give. The wonderful thing is I didn’t buy this love. I was born with it and I can give it to anyone I want. I hope you will enjoy and treasure my Love, because it never runs out and I have more to give.

Let’s all go beyond the limits and, using our spark of life, send everyone we know these wondrous gifts, and make this the highest and best holiday season for one and all.

ANIMALS, CREATURES and CRITTERS

I died as a mineral and became a plant, died as a plant and rose to animal, I died as an animal and I was man. Why should I fear? When was I ever less by dying? Yet once more I shall die as man, to soar in the Blessed Realm; but even from godhood I must pass on…The Mathnawi as recorded in The 21 Lessons of Merlyn by Douglas Monroe.

Each animal, creature and critter has individual meanings from the higher dimensions. Their messages appear to us in Divine Timing under the guidance of the Light beings of both our world and the world ofthe animal, creature or critter involved. As we receive their messages, we need to be constantly aware that their messages are coming to us from the higher dimensions of Light for our soul growth.

Animals, creatures and critters are connected to us by our God-Spark of life. Acknowledge they are all on a spiritual journey, just as the 2–legged earthlings are. Respect their life and their journey. The domestic animals (dogs, cats, horses, etc.) are a part of our soul group and as such are with us through as many lifetimes as needed.

Swat a fly, kill a wasp, poison an ant, we are ending their spiritual journey here. Offer prayers for their heart and soul. Something as simple as “Bless your heart to the heart of the Creator” will give peace to their journey home. Ask the blessings of the Creator to accept these animals, creatures and critters back into His kingdom, where their souls will take a break, rest, and come back again.

Think for just a minute about the animals, creatures and critters who have returned to God’s kingdom. This is millions of souls, incomprehensible amounts of living energy. Let us strive each day to show the animals, critters and creatures in our world that we acknowledge and honor their spiritual journey alongside ours.

CONSCIOUS LIVING

Thoughts, feelings and actions are all conscious energies. So, what exactly does the phrase “conscious living” mean? It is certainly a term mentioned often in spiritual communities in these accelerated and changing times. Perhaps if we were to change the word conscious to “Soul” or “Spirit” living we would have a different viewpoint of the meaning. What Light feeling-based decisions can we make that will strengthen the brightness of our energy? Light feeling-based emotions that are geared towards soul and Spirit growth are the highest emotions and will open new doors that will reveal unexpected opportunities.

Soul and Spirit filled living guides us to recognize and accept we are not alone, that we are a part of the “One” and that we have many higher dimensional Spiritual energies watching over us. Through our God- Spark of life, we are connected to all living energies; not only on this earthly planet, but also to all living energies throughout all time, space and dimensions. It helps to remember that out of all these living energies we are not the only one who is going through the ups and downs of any and all situations at each moment in the time of ‘now’. And as part of this magnificent energy, when we make a soul and Spirit filled decision, we affect every other living energy who is experiencing what we are. How powerful is that?

The first thoughts and feelings we have in the morning set the tone for the day. A gratitude prayer to Creator God and His universe and all His Light being helpers is a great way to start each and every day. Gratitude offered to the higher dimensions for all that we have and all that we are, for their love and support and help for us as we make our way through our day will get our inner Light shining right away. This is soul and Spirit living.

And when we lay our heads down on the pillow at night, how do we feel about the day we just experienced? Are we peaceful about how we have shared our Light with all that we have come in contact with? Or do we have regrets that we did not shine our Light just a little brighter? Are we feeling half-hearted, or are we charged with the energies of all the universal Divine helpers as we review our thoughts, feelings and actions throughout our day?

Since every day is an adventure in creating and experiencing a spiral, make the conscious choice to connect the dots to live each moment under the guidance of all the higher dimensional energies available, and spiral upwards. Conscious living is Spirit filled living and is the highest and best path for all involved. Start each day with Spirit filled energy and that spiral will carry through to the end of the day. And in continuing the circle, it will carry us through the night and into the morning, when we once again have the opportunity to start our day with a Light-filled grateful heart.

SCATTERED ENERGIES

Our Spirits caution us of the dangers of scattered energies. Being always conscious of our thoughts, it is imperative that we stop scattered energies from being broadcast out. How do our energies get scattered? The group speaks of the universal energies coming into our earth plane and instead of being embraced by our soul for help or for celebration in our daily lives they are being scattered by our earthly energies.

Our day is planned out. We have ‘this and that’ to do that we feel must be done before we can devote time to our Divine Mission. It is amazing how many ‘this and that’ can appear before us that must be handled in order to have some semblance of organization in our day. The hard part of this is for us to recognize that all the ‘this and that’ are distractions keeping us from the true business at hand.

The true business at hand is sharing love and Light in any way that we can in whatever project we are involved in. We must learn how to say “No, that can wait” and focus on spending time on our more important issues of soul growth for the moment. When we do this, we are much more prepared to handle all the ‘this and that’ coming in.

When we take a few moments to stop and go within to connect to the universal energies coming to us we are able to see a little more clearly just what the task is before us. This takes patience, practice and determination. If we will only do this, we will be able move forward with ease and grace, and let go of scattered energies.

GOAL OR PRIZE?

What is the difference between a goal and a prize? The mental attitude and the heart emotions of the mind-reach will create the shape in the outer world. Part of humanity will succeed under the reach of a goal. And part of humanity will succeed under the reach of a prize. Our Spirits do not speak of goals, but they do speak of ‘keeping your eye on the prize.”

Both require a plan of action to get to the end result. Are the steps you have created for your journey heavy and burdensome or are they Light and joyful? Is it “Oh no, I have to do this” or is it “oh boy, oh boy I get to do this?” The plan of action will require a first step. There may be several first steps of different actions to get started.

Thinking in terms of a staircase, we can lay out these first steps. Taking one step at a time we move up one level. As we complete each first step it is important to acknowledge we have done this. The different first steps all need to be completed before we can move up to the second step in order to stay in balance. Our emotions must stay in the attitude of gratitude for the steps already taken.

What tools do we have to help us up the steps we have laid out? First, of course, is faith and trust that we will be able to actually manifest our desire. Faith and trust, along with a soul-deep belief in the universe hearing us and sending the energy we need to accomplish our task is necessary. Feeling and believing in the power of the Light of the universe is very important as we tackle the bumps and boulders we erect between ourselves and the prize.

Our feelings and emotions are right under faith and trust for obtaining our prize. We must envision the prize and fortify our vision with the happiest, most joyful emotions that we will actually feel when we have our prize in our hands and hearts.

We have many earthly tools at our disposal – meditation, crystals, essential oils, aromatherapy, rituals and any energy techniques that fit in with our ultimate plan. Each has its own powerful energy that is available for helping us. In addition, we have the help of our Spirit guides who will surround us with encouragement to keep our forward movement going.

What do we need to watch out for that will knock us off our intended pursuit? Confusion and chaos will knock us off balance. Being always conscious of our thoughts, it is imperative that we see through the illusion of disruptive energy and not allow it to be broadcast out. Any unsure thoughts will reflect little dips in our faith which will really knock us sideways and sometimes down.

Patience, determination and an unrelenting desire will get us where we want to be – and that is holding our prize in our hands and hearts, or achieving the goal we set out to do.

WHO IS LISTENING?

We wake up each morning and within seconds our minds are at work pumping out thoughts as we talk to ourselves about this and that. What’s on our schedule today, what is most important, and so forth. We may be rehearsing a conversation we intend to have or reflecting on a conversation we have already had. Our thoughts circle and spin inside our heads and hearts without us paying attention to who might be listening.

So many are listening! There are all the Light beings who tend to us throughout our day, as well as angels, ascended masters and galactics; this includes the Supreme Creator of All That Is. We tend to operate on the basis that no one is really listening, or knows our innermost secret thoughts and feelings, but this is just not true. Everyone in the higher levels of existence who tend to our needs know all about what we are thinking; and more importantly, they know why we are thinking it. We never have a private thought.

Our thoughts are living energy we are broadcasting out, not only into our immediate surroundings, but to the whole of creation as well. Once we release them they start their energetic work to give us what we are thinking about. This makes it vitally important that we pay attention to our every thought.

And just exactly what is it that we are broadcasting for everyone to listen to? Is it happiness and joy in the Light frequencies, or is it darkness in the lower frequencies? What thoughts and feelings do we want coming back to us? It is important to remember that our thoughts we send out from our hearts and minds will return to us like a boomerang. Not only do our thoughts return to us, as they are traveling out in the vastness of the universe they are meeting up with like minded thoughts and gaining strength on their journey back to us. How powerful is that! What energetic forces do we want returning back to us?

So again, what is our thought radio station broadcasting at any given moment to all the listening hearts and souls? Are we helping ourselves with our thoughts and feelings by bringing in an easy flow to our energies for our daily activities? Or are we bringing in objects to trip and fall over?

It is great and wonderful for all the happy, joyous thoughts we send out when we are daydreaming about something fabulous to link up with like thoughts circling around the universe and return to us multiplied by unknown measure. But it is not so great and wonderful for the not so joyous thoughts we send out to multiply and return to us.

A question would be what do we do about the darkness that we unfortunately send out to be returned to us? When we recognize a dark thought we need to smother it with positive thoughts and possibly offer a Ho’oponopono, especially to ourselves. If we recognize it fast enough, we can reach out and grab it and ask that it be transmuted into Light and Love and showered down where it is needed.

Who is going to help us catch the darker thought and transmute it? All the Light Beings in the higher planes of existence that are listening to us. These fabulous, loving, caring Spirits are always there, waiting to be of assistance to us. Our faith, belief and trust in the powers of the Divine will help make this a successful catch and release.

Let us all make the conscious effort to flood the inner and outer space we occupy with great and glorious thoughts and feelings through our loving and peaceful hearts. Everyone listening will celebrate as they return our love and joy to us.

MIRACLES and ENERGY

We, each and every single one of us, experience miracles often. We acknowledge the happening and give thanks for the happening, but do we understand what exactly brought it about?

Miracles come to us on an energy path. Universal energy, Divine energy and individual energy all working together in the vastness of the cosmos to gift us with what we have created in our hearts and minds through our energetic thoughts and feelings.

In conversation #40, St. Germain shares with us, “Magic is a normal and natural way of things. Because you live in the physical realm you see things in a limited way. You see magic, miracles and energy as something supernatural or out of your realm of possibility. That is not the case at all. That is the natural state that we on both sides should be living in. Sometimes you get the message and you say “Oh, that’s a miracle” and someone or something outside of yourself had to have created this. Well, we are here to tell you that you have everything you need to create the miracles.” Bottom line, he is telling us that it is all in our hands, that it is up to us to do it.

So how do we do it? First of all, we have to believe with every fiber of our being, that what we are attempting to create will come into being. We must believe that this creation is the highest and best for all concerned. The intensity of our feelings is most important. Just one little hidden doubt of assurance will knock us down and prevent the occurrence. We must be mindful of every single thought, feeling and action that we are broadcasting to the universe because what we put out is what we get back. If we recognize doubt anywhere we must throw it out into the universe to be transmuted into Light.

We must have patience. As our thoughts and feelings go out into the universe, the universe steps into action to create what we are asking for. It may be that even though we believe with all our hearts that we are ready for our energy to create and accept this miracle, the time might not be just right. Remembering that every single event happens in Perfect Order and Divine Timing, we continue our prayers and patiently wait for the miracle to happen. And while we are waiting, we must be aware of other events that are in themselves a miracle coming to pass, as a prelude to the specific one we are asking for.

Our imagination, our energy, is born in our minds and our hearts. Further, our imagination is both a workplace and a playground. We must be aware of who or what it is that we allow to work or play in our imagination. Is it Light, and nothing but Light? Or is there darkness afoot? Light angels or dark gremlins? Make the decision who is allowed in. Celebrate the Light and give the gremlins the boot.

Unending focused energy, paired with the highest of faith and trust, is what will bring about your miracle. Imagine it, feel it, trust yourself and send it up to the Divine to be created and returned to you. Understand the depth of your passion is what will bring it from the higher realms to your earthly heart. Let this new year of 2024 be one of transformation as you experience life beyond the ordinary. Ignite your passion and see what miracles your energy can imagine and create to be returned to you.

THE HAMSTER WHEEL

Those pesky lingering thoughts that just won’t go away! We have done everything we know to do to release and let go but we are still on a hamster wheel. We truly believe we are making progress but now realize there must still be more work to do to clear these thoughts and feelings. We wave our hands in the air as if to shoo away a fly but our emotions only stir the energy around us causing the wheel to spin faster. Thoughts and feelings swirling around us so intensely that we lose sight of the truth of it all. What have we missed?

Acceptance? Yes, yes, yes we have accepted that the events have occurred and what is done is done. We have accepted that “things” may never be the same again. We have accepted that this change is moving us into the higher realms of Perfect Order with our thoughts and feelings and they are in accordance with our soul growth. We have accepted it has all happened in Divine Timing.

It’s time to review some of the basic truths. Have we given the benefit of doubt? We know we can never really know another person’s story, so the benefit of doubt is necessary in accepting the events that have occurred. With this understanding, have we followed this offering of the benefit of doubt with love to both our own hearts and the hearts interacting with ours? And have we followed our offering of love and gratitude with that of forgiveness? Forgiveness for known and unknown thoughts and feelings that have impacted our lives is a very necessary step in the process of clearing and releasing.

Another basic truth to review – Love is always the answer. We will love our way out of every situation. Since we are spiritual energy living as earthlings, we need to remember that Love is the bottom line. Love everyone and everything, no matter what. This is what we came into this incarnation to do; to use our spiritual Light Spark of God to experience the powerful miracles that love can accomplish.

So what is our “new” final step in getting off the hamster wheel? SURRENDER. Collect all those dark, heavy energies that are involved and let them go. What are we holding on to? Anger, envy, hopelessness, jealousy, pity, regret, shame; the list could be a long one. We don’t need to hold on to any of these lower energies so send them on up to be transmuted into Love and Light. Hand it all over with the deepest gratitude and strongest faith that this weight, this burden, has been lifted up and off our shoulders and hearts once and for all.

We accept that we are ready to be released from our pesky lingering thoughts as we give it up and we surrender to the one Light that is God. And the one Light that is God is the highest energy we can hold on to.

LINGERING THOUGHTS

As humans, we all say and do stupid things. Sometimes we know right away that it was stupid, sometimes it takes a little bit for it to sink in. Then we are wondering and wandering about why, and about what ‘they’ must think. The feeling of having messed up sets into our minds as well as our hearts. The feelings, thoughts, words and actions linger. Days, weeks, months, even years later the event comes back to haunt us.

Our minds and hearts wander in the south forty of the whys of it all. We look for answers outside of ourselves first. Then we look for answers inside ourselves, knowing the answers are there if we will but surrender to our truth. We try to recall what our feelings were, both before and after, we said or did it. We shake our heads and say “oh well”.

How do we make these fragments of thoughts and feelings go away for good? First and foremost is to let ourselves off the hook with self-forgiveness. If only we could forgive ourselves as quickly and easily as God does when we ask.

Then we need to remember a higher truth, that it happened for a reason, and ‘it is what it is’ and forgive ourselves some more. We need to remember that whys don’t matter, but feelings do matter. We wrap ourselves in a hug; accept that it has happened according to Divine Timing and Planning for everyone involved.

After we have explored all avenues of thoughts and feelings, we can offer a Ho’oponopono to the expanse of the universe. Through the grace of our I AM Presence, with heartfelt gratitude and utmost sincerity, we offer our Ho’oponopono to the universe at large as well as to the others involved in our episode. We keep in mind that our intentions set our thoughts and feelings into action. We keep our intentions as focused as possible for a victorious outcome.

GOD LAUGHS

We all know the saying “Tell God what you want and he laughs”. This is the opposite of God’s love and encouragement, leadership and direction. When God does laugh, he is laughing WITH us and not AT us.

In the stillness and silence of our hearts we speak to God, the Divine, the universe, our angels, and other higher dimensional beings. We bare our souls to all up there who are listening. We have made a plan to accomplish some specific something and we share our hopes and desires with them. We have looked at all the possible outcomes and believe we know what we are asking. We have been very careful to honor our feelings behind our request. We believe it is a win-win situation for everyone involved.

The universe hears our petitions and starts the energies moving as we double and triple up our patience, faith, hope and trust. As we watch and wait, we listen with our hearts to hear our message. It may not be what we are expecting so we keep our hearts open for a previously unseen window of opportunity that our support group in the higher realms want us to see and feel.

As we wait for guidance, a window appears. As we gaze through this window, we contemplate the possibilities with our thoughts and feelings. Our hearts begin to see a new path and a door opens. This is the Spirit Lesson on belief, hope, trust and faith. The Spirits ask us “How do you believe, do you believe with all your heart?”

And when it comes to pass, God and all His family will rejoice with us as we laugh in joy at our victory.

TOO LITTLE ~ TOO LATE

In the workings of the universe there does not exist the concept of ‘too little ~ too late’. The Spirits teach us that everything is always in perfect order and perfect Divine timing. It matters not, good or bad, what is being given away or received, it is always the exact amount needed for either. Whether we are the givers or the receivers, it is an exchange of energy. And it is always exactly when we need to become more aware of our feelings about what has transpired.

The bottom line is always that this is what the universe has provided for the current soul growth lesson based on our thoughts being broadcast. Move past the earthly mind and search deep into the heart feelings and soul feelings of the event.  Wonder and wander in the vast possibilities of available actions waiting to be explored to advance us into the highest and best for all involved. This is conscious living, this is soul growth, this is spiritual growth. This is the path to ascension.

WORN AND WEARY

Life as an earthling can be tedious, hard, and sometimes discouraging. We know what we need to do, but do we have the strength? More importantly, do we have the desire? These are the times that we need to remember ‘we chose this’ and there is a higher purpose for these soul growth lessons.

We gathered with our Spirit Group, and our Soul Group, and set up specific goals for this specific life. Our angels and the universe support us in our endeavors. When we are unable to make a decision on our own, the universe will give us options a number of times; if we are not able to move forward, the universe will make the decision for us and send us in a new direction.

It is best that we move forward even though we are so tired, so discouraged, feeling so stuck, and wandering and wondering in our head of the meaning of ‘why do I have to?’ or ‘why am I stuck?’. This is the time to get out of our heads and into our hearts. This is the time to dig deep into our hearts and acknowledge what we don’t want to acknowledge; the answers are there.

We need to strengthen our trust in our connection to the universe and our trust in ourselves. We need to remember that our angels are watching over us, sending non-stop messages and help and love to us, and start moving forward. One little baby step is enough to cause the energy in us and around us to start flowing again. And if it turns out to have an outcome other that what we were hoping for, then we fine tune our feelings to the remembrance of ‘we chose this’ and regroup.

Our Spirits, from their view in the higher realms, know why we are stuck. They know why we are worn out and discouraged and they know why we ‘have to’ do this. This is the time for faith, for trust, for understanding that the Light of God, the love of God, always wins. And that Light, that love of God, always has our best interests at heart, and always desires the highest outcome for us and those we interact with as we keep moving forward.

HELLO AND WELCOME TO ALL!

In MESSAGES, we uncover invaluable lessons that shed light on our profound responsibility for the events that unfold in our earthly lives. These lessons teach us how we shape our own reality, the choices available to navigate through them, and the various paths we can choose to overcome these challenges. Ultimately, the power to move forward lies in our hands.

These teachings are delivered with boundless love, compassion, and empathy by Spirits, Angels, Ascended Masters, and other Higher Dimensional Beings. They were instrumental in helping us plan our mission for this current life on Earth, and they remain faithfully by our side throughout our journey.

Through the writings in this section, we witness the transformative impact of their timeless wisdom on our understanding of life in this earthly schoolroom. It is my fervent desire that these words ignite your own curiosity and exploration about life in this earthly dimension, as well as the infinite possibilities that await beyond this earthly existence.

The School Room

                 
In the spirit realm, we gather to make a significant decision - to embark on another journey as humans on Earth. Surrounded by our guardian angels, spirit guides, ascended masters, and members of our soul group, we come together to carefully choose the experiences that will shape our next incarnation.

With utmost care, we select the gifts we wish to bring with us and contemplate the challenges we feel will help us grow and attain mastery. We also decide which souls from our soul group will assist us on this earthly journey. Furthermore, we consider the astrological influences under which we want to evolve.

And now, here we are in the third dimension of Earth, well into our voyage of lessons and blessings. We have a clear goal - to reach the mountaintop. There are essentially two paths we can take to ascend this metaphorical peak: the hard way and the easy way.

The hard way entails scaling the sheer cliffs of barren rock, with the constant risk of slipping and sliding back to where we began. Each time, we make modest progress only to lose our footing, causing us to regress. It is the sheer force of determination that keeps us going, propelling us forward against all odds.

On the other hand, the easy way involves walking a spiral path from the base of the mountain to its peak. This ascent is slow and steady, gently rising with each completed spiral. Though the path may present obstacles such as boulders and sinkholes, we approach them as opportunities to learn and grow. As we navigate these challenges, we frequently pause to acknowledge our achievements. Looking back over our shoulders, we offer ourselves a loving embrace and raise our hands, eyes, and hearts to the vast expanse of the cosmos. Overflowing with gratitude, we express appreciation for the challenges we have triumphed over.
 

In our continuous pursuit of growth and fulfillment, guardian angels surround us with timeless love, guiding us through the winding path of life. Regardless of the path we choose, our mission remains clear - to learn, grow, and ultimately reach the summit of our human experience.
